Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, youagree to conform to any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which maychange or be updated from time to time at AdsLaa sole discretion. Youunderstand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Termsfrom time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms,any guideline, or any subsequent changes thereto or become unhappy with AdsLaaor the Service in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue useof AdsLaa. 15.We are not responsible for messages, emails or communicationbetween users. We are not responsible for any comments, pictures, videos orother information that is posted on our website by users.

16.AdsLaa is not involved in any sale or transaction. Our companyonly acts as a platform for advertisers to publish ads of their products orservices.

17.All our images are protected with watermarks, to prevent themfrom being used for other purposes without the consent of advertisers.

18.To prevent abuse, all of our users can report any ad by usingour “Report ad” functionality so our team will be informed of any problems orcontent regarding an ad.

20.The User is only authorized to use the Websites and the Servicesin accordance with the Terms and in good faith. In particular and withoutlimitation Users (irrespective of whether they have purchased a Subscription ornot) undertake that any access or downloads of any content available in theWebsites or through the Services will always be the result of a genuinelegitimate interest of the User and acknowledges that any method whichartificially increases the number of downloads, accesses or clicks over suchcontent is strictly prohibited under this Terms (including without limitationthe generation of downloads, accesses or clicks over such content through anyrobots, spiders or any other mechanism, mobile application, program or tool)and will result in the cancellation of the User’s account by The User is onlyauthorized to use the Websites and the Services in accordance with the Termsand in good faith. 21.The User agrees not to use the Services negligently, forfraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the User agrees not topartake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests orrights of the Websites or third parties, particularly, the owners of the CollaboratorsContent, the Third Party Content or the Sponsored Content.

22.The User will not interfere with the functioning of the Websitesor in the Services, in particular will not impersonate another user or person.The User agrees not to carry out any action that may damage, make unavailable,overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the Websites or the Services,which may impact the security of the Websites or the Services, or which may inany way interfere with the Services offered by AdsLaa. It is prohibited to userobots, spiders or any other mechanism, mobile application, program or tool toaccess, copy or control any part of the Websites or the Services in any waywhich is contrary to the ordinary use of the Websites or which infringes AdsLaainterests, without its express prior authorization. Likewise, it is prohibitedto obtain or attempt to obtain the contents of the Websites using any method orsystem not expressly authorized by AdsLaa or which is not the ordinary methodof accessing the Websites.

23.The User shall be responsible of ensuring prior to using theServices that the features of the Services meet the User’s needs and that hasall requirements, equipment and software necessary for this purpose and of anycosts required for the use of the Services.

24.The rights granted to the User under these Terms are personaland shall not be assigned to any third party (including affiliates or entitiespart of the same group of companies) totally or partially, by any mean, withoutthe prior, express and written consent from AdsLaa.

Business deletion

We reserve the right to remove any businesslistings if we feel that they’re infringing on any laws or if they containobjectionable material such as adult content (including images, vulgarlanguage, content or links). In such cases, the business poster will receive afull refund for the listing.
